What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal and money order/cashiers checks in US funds.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept credit cards through PayPal. It's not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment with your credit card; it's optional.

How do you ship?
- US We ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation for 2.00 for first item, then .25 for each additional item. We also offer optional Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for 4.60 per package.
- CANADA First Class International is 2.00 for first item, then .25 for each additional item. We also offer Priority Mail International for 9.00 (up to 4 pounds) per package.
- INTERNATIONAL Buyer pays 3.00 for first item, then .25 for each additional item. We also offer Priority Mail International for 11.00 (up to 4 pounds)per package.
When do you ship?
We ship daily as soon as we receive final confirmation of payment through PayPal.
If you pay by cashiers check /money order, then your order will go out within 24 hours of receiving payment.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a turnaround time of 2 weeks on custom bead work.

How much is International Shipping?
First Class International is 3.00 for the first item, then .25 for each additional item.
We also offer Priority Mail International for 11.00 per package (up to 4 pounds). This would include England,France, Germany, Australia, Israel and just about any country that's not restricted. Please check with us on any large orders.
Are the Bead Pens plastic or metal?
These are the original all metal BeadPen.
They are machined from solid brass stock, they have a hefty and well balanced feel when your beads are put on the mandrel.
Do you carry the ink refills ?
Yes,we carry them in black only.
They are 1.25 each and up to 10 refills can be shipped for .75 cents in the US.
Are the bead sets in your Lampwork Bead Sets category in stock?
No, they are custom made when they are ordered.
The turn around time is about 2 weeks on average depending on the number of orders ahead of yours.
What size is the bead hole?
Normally I make my beads with a 1/16" hole, but they can be made with a 3/32" hole if you request it.
You may select the hole size by using the dropdown menu on the shopping cart.
Please remember that the Bead Pens and the Heart Keychains take a 3/32" hole.
Are your beads durable?
Yes, they are annealed in a computer controlled kiln.
The holes are well cleaned.
What is the EZ Earring tool made from?
The EZ Earring tool is machined from a solid aluminum block as are the 2 levers.
This tool will last many many years.
